New Delhi: Redcliffe Labs has expanded its footprint in Rajasthan with the strategic acquisition of an advanced radiology diagnostic centre in Ajmer. Following the acquisition, the facility will operate as Redcliffe Medicentre Imaging & Labs, enhancing access to advanced diagnostic services for patients across Ajmer and central Rajasthan.
The centre has the capacity to perform more than 1,200 MRI scans and 1,500 CT scans every month and will also provide access to Redcliffe Labs’ portfolio of over 3,600 pathology tests.
According to the company, the acquisition marks “a significant milestone in our vision of building integrated diagnostic ecosystems that bring radiology, pathology, and preventive healthcare together under one roof.”
Redcliffe Labs said the move strengthens its presence in Ajmer, a key healthcare hub serving an estimated population of 2.6 million. It also positions the company to cater to patients from nearby localities and districts.
Aditya Kandoi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Redcliffe Labs, said, “India’s healthcare challenge is no longer limited to treatment capacity; it is increasingly about identifying health risks before they become diseases. As lifestyle disorders, cardiovascular conditions, and metabolic diseases continue to rise, diagnostics is becoming the starting point of the healthcare journey rather than just a support function.”
Dr. Manish Seth, Chief Radiologist and Founder, Redcliffe Medicentre Imaging & Labs, said, “Ajmer has evolved into an important healthcare hub for central Rajasthan, yet access to integrated diagnostic services remains a growing need for patients across the region. This acquisition brings together deep local clinical expertise with Redcliffe Labs’ scale, technology, and pathology capabilities to create a more comprehensive diagnostic ecosystem.”
