New Delhi: Redcliffe Labs has elevated Gaurav Jain to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Jain will lead growth initiatives and oversee operations and clinical quality, reflecting the company’s focus on nurturing leaders from within as it scales its technology-driven preventive diagnostics platform across India.
With over two decades of experience in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, Jain brings extensive expertise in business growth, operational excellence, and scalable execution across multiple verticals.
Jain joined the company in November 2021 as Senior Vice President and Head of Growth, where he initially led expansion initiatives and strategic growth opportunities. He later spearheaded the development of the company’s home-collection phlebotomy network, strengthening last-mile connectivity and service reach.
